Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally when she was a teenager in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show included The Snow Queen. Following that, Molly portrayed Little Red Ridinghood for the Arden Theater s Into the Woods and was nominated for a Barrymore Award.
